Rope Skipping Canada - 2019 National Championships Coming To Olds

Over 300 athletes from across Canada will be in the town of Olds from May 17-20 for the 2019 Rope Skipping Canadian Nationals.

The Rope Skipping Canadian Nationals are being hosted in Olds during the May long Weekend at the Ralph Klein Centre.
13 year old Mallory Faulkner is on the Calgary Jump Crew. She says to get to nationals you have to qualify in the top 8 at provincials.
13 year old Scarlett Pelletier is on the Calgary Jump Crew as well. She says when nationals were held in Olds a few years a go their team placed first.
There are 3 categories - masters, individual, and teams. Opening ceremonies are at 5pm on Friday, May 17th.
Saturday and Sunday morning features the team events. Sunday afternoon and all day Monday is masters.
This is also Rope Skipping Alberta's 30th Anniversary.
