Olds Grizzlys Finish Up AJHL Regular Season On The Road, Start Playoffs March 1st In Drumheller

The Olds Grizzlys finish up the Alberta Junior Hockey League regular season with a two game road trip. The Black & Gold head to Lloydminster on Wednesday, February 26th before visiting Spruce Grove on Thursday, February 27th. The sixth place Grizzlys start the South Division playoffs on Sunday, March 1st in Drumheller against the third place Dragons.

The Olds Grizzlys conclude the AJHL regular season by heading out on the road.

The Black & Gold are Lloydminster (10-41-6) bound on Wednesday, February 26th. Then on Thursday, February 27th they travel to Spruce Grove (42-13-2)

Head Coach Scott Atkinson explains how the Grizzlys are approaching the final two regular season games.

The Grizzlys record through 56 games this season stands at 10-39-7 as compared to 6-51-3 during a 60 game campaign in 2018-2019.

The Black & Gold is already assured of making a return to post-season AJHL hockey for the first time in three years. Olds will start the South Division playoffs on Sunday, March 1st at 4pm by visiting the Drumheller Dragons for Game 1 of a best of seven opening round series.
