It has been 10 years students held their final assembly in the old school on Highway 27 and walked over to the new Ecole Olds High School facility at the CLC. Principal Tom Christensen says being part of the Community Learning Campus has opened up so many opportunities for their students.
The 10th anniversary of Ecole Olds High School in its current location on the Community Learning Campus will be recognized this week.
Principal Tom Christensen says he can't believe it has been 10 years since the students held their final assembly in the old school on Highway 27 and walked over to the new facility at the CLC.
He says the CLC has made a huge impact on the community.
Principal Christensen says the new facility has opened up so many opportunities - including allowing their high school students to take post-secondary credits. He notes they have 18 dual credit students this year.
There will be a pancake breakfast - by donation - in the OHS commons area this Friday from 7 until 8:30am to honour the 10th anniversary of Ecole Olds High School.
