Its been a productive week for the Alberta Junior Hockey League.Over the weekend 4 players realized their dreams as they were selected in the 2012 NHL entry draft, then earlier today a new digital media partnership with FASThockey (www.fasthockey.com) was officially announced.
AJHL President Craig Cripps discusses those subjects as well as a couple more from the league's annual general meeting in this interview with CKFM.

The recap of AJHLers who were picked up by NHL teams at the 2012 entry draft in Pittsburgh includes Fort Mac defenseman Colton Parayko went to the St. Louis Blues in round
3. Blueliner Rhett Holland from the Okotoks Oilers joined the Phoenix Coyotes in
round 4. Boston chose another d-man Matthew Benning of the Spruce Grove Saints in
round 6. And in round 7, Sherwood Park goalie Matt Tompkins was picked by Chicago.
