The Owners of Zebedee'z Hair Design & Art in Olds will be competing for Canada at the OMC 2019 World Cup at Hairworld this September in Paris, France.

This will be the second year and a row for owners Lee and Ray Cenaiko along with their daughter Trinity at the competition.

They are the only Canadians representing the nation in the Long Hair category.

Lee talks about their success so far this year.

The OMC World Cup at Hairworld is this September 14th until the16th.

Last year the local team placed in the top 10 in the world.

Cenaiko says they are busy preparing for the competition.

Lee says they are preparing for the show with a special twist this year.

She says competitors must generate their own funding through individual and business sponsorship and during these tougher economic times they are inviting people wanting to support Zebedee'z in representing Canada in Paris to join them in a variety of ways. Cenaiko notes that includes westjet$, aeroplan, airmiles, prepaid cards, small amounts of cash, etransfer, and even dropping off recyle bottles at the bottle depot in their bin.

To sponsor Zebedeez you call their business at 403-556-2701 or email zebedeezparis@gmail.com.

Lee also invites residents to pop by the store to see their work.
