Rural Alberta Ride For Dad

The kickstands go up and the wheels start rolling on Saturday, June 25th for the Ride for Dad. Depending on the weather, Jordan Overwater expects there will be about 200 riders between the Didsbury and Red Deer rides.

The 9th annual Rural Alberta Motorcycle Ride for Dad is once again coming to Didsbury.
The motorcycle ride and poker run raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer.
Chair of the Rural Alberta Chapter of the Ride, Jordan Overwater, says the ride starts at the Zion Church in Didsbury at 9:30am on Saturday, June 25th.
Overwater says annually they raise an average of $80,000-$100,000 thousand dollars with the ride.
The pancake breakfast and send off is also at the Zion Church parking lot. Breakfast and registration is from 7-9am.
There is a dinner and prizes to follow at the end of the day for the riders, visit the Rural AB Motorcycle Ride for Dad Facebook page for more information.
