Red Deer College Active in Alberta Arts Days

3 days of entertainment on RDC\'s Arts Centre mainstage this weekend.

Red Deer College's Art Centre is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and this weekend marks the beginning of a year-long celebration.

In conjunction with Alberta Arts Days a series of performances will be held.

It all starts Friday night with a concert featuring alumni on the mainstage.

Saturday night will see members of the community performing, then on Sunday afternoon there will be a series of family friendly performances.

Dale Wheeler, Chair of Performing Arts, says they've become a vibrant part of Red Deer's cultural landscape as they've opened their doors to a variety of groups.

Friday & Saturday's shows begin at 7:30PM, while Sunday's activities start at 2PM - all on the mainstage.

All the performances this weekend are free with a donation to the food bank. To see a full schedule of events, check out www.rdc.ab.ca.
