Opening Day Of AgSmart Includes Session With Author Robert Saik

The AgSmart expo began on Tuesday, August 13th. The two-day show at Olds College started with a number demonstrations and a session with Robert Saik as he launched his book "Food 5.0: How We Feed The Future".

Sessions, demonstrations, and more learning will continue on Wednesday, August 14th during AgSmart at Olds College.

The opening day included a session with Robert Saik and his book launch of "Food 5.0: How We Feed The Future". 

The MP for Red Deer-Mountain View Earl Dreeshen is taking in the 2 day expo. He has had the opportunity to listen to Saik on many occasions.

Dreeshen plans on getting a number of copies for members of the federal ag committee.

Tuesday, August 13th also included Dot's Albertan debut. The robotic platform works with the Pattison Connect Sprayer and Xarvio's Field Manager Zone Spray.

AgSmart also has over 75 outdoor exhibits.
