No Stone Left Alone Memorial Foundation Returning To Olds Cemetery

The local IODE Chapter in Olds is taking part in the No Stone Left Alone memorial foundation for the second year in a row ahead of Remembrance Day next week. Dianne Powney, President of the Olds Chapter of the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire, says last year poppies were placed on every veteran's gravestone at the Olds Cemetery - 222 in total.

The No Stone Left Alone National Memorial Foundation will have a special ceremony in Olds ahead of Remembrance Day.

The No Stone Left Alone memorial ceremony is Friday, November 3rd at 1pm at the Olds Cemetery.
 
The public is encouraged to attend.
