Mike Walsh, who is currently a councillor for the town of Penhold and a teacher at Innisfail Middle School, is seeking the United Conservative Party nomination for the riding of Innisfail-Sylvan Lake. His plans to seek the UCP nomination for the constituency follow the recent resignation of of first term MLA Don MacIntyre.
