Innisfail RCMP Ready For 22nd Annual Charity Checkstop

The 22nd annual Innisfail RCMP Charity Checkstop will run from 10am until 4pm on Saturday, December 16th. Donations of new clothing, food, new toys and cash will be accepted. Proceeds will benefit the Food Bank, the Innisfail Christmas Bureau and the Women's Outreach Society.

The Christmas season is here and the Innisfail RCMP Detachment will be setting up its 22nd annual Charity Checkstop.
 
Staff Sergeant Chris Matechuk says it is coming up Saturday, December 16th from 10am until 4pm.
 
 
Matechuk explains how they have done in the past.
 
 

 
The location for this Saturday's Charity Checkstop in Innisfail will be the same as previous years.
 
RCMP members and local volunteers - as well as lots of red and blue lights - will be set up on 50th Street between 48th and 49th Avenue.
 
Donations will be accepted from traffic in both the west and east bound lanes. Vehicles not wishing to donate may proceed through without any difficulty.
