  • High River RCMP Lay Multiple Charges Following Search Warrant Execution

    RCMP have recovered over $300,000 worth of stolen merchandise after executing a search warrant involving stolen property north of High River at a commercial location.. A 26-year-old Calgary man and a 27-year-old Didsbury woman have been arrested and released. They face on charge each. A 37 year old man from Black Diamond has been arrested and faces nine total charges. A 44 year old man from Black Diamond is now wanted for numerous offences in relation to this incident.

  • Olds RCMP - Oldstoberfest Enforcement Initiative Recap

    Corporal Courtney Harding says Olds RCMP scheduled several additional RCMP members to work in order to ensure public safety for the annual Oldstoberfest event. Enforcement and crime prevention included bike patrols by Olds RCMP and foot patrols as well as a police presence at the Oldstoberfest venues and grounds during the festivities. According to Corporal Harding, overall the RCMP members reported it was a good event with minimal issues until the later hours of each evening.
