CREMONA SCIENCE FAIR: The science fair will be held on Thursday February 16th at the Cremona School in the library. Judging takes place in the morning, viewing is open to the public from 11am til 2:30pm. The presentation of awards is at 2:30 in the gym.
Winterfest in Sundre: Join the fun in Sundre Family day weekend at Winterfest! Events go Saturday February 18 and Sunday February 19, noon to 5 p.m. at the Sundre Museum. Admission $2 per person (3 & under FREE) Activities include: Wagon Rides, - Entertainment, a Cartoonist, - Artist/Artisan Show and Sale, - Kids Activities, Face Painting Clowns, Heritage Demonstrations, Dance Demonstration … and more.

Mountain View Museum in Olds has the David Thompson Highway Travelling Art Exhibit at the museum for the month of February. Stop by and see 29 pieces of art from 6 regional artists. On Wednesday, February 15 they are hosting a come and go coffee party from 3 until 5. The guest is Didsbury artist, Dee Poisson, who has 3 pieces of art in the exhibit. Tim Horton's Food Bank Drive: Tim Horton's in Olds and Innisfail are holding their annual Food Drive. Watch for your donation bag in the Mountain View Gazette on February 14th, fill it up with non perishable items - and drop it off at either of the Tim Horton's locations in Olds - or the Innisfail location. Help Tim Horton's give back to the community. donations will be accepted until the end of February.
