The Carstairs 4H club show and sale is Tuesday May 21st.  Show at 11:30 - sale at 7 in the Carstairs Arena.   Come out and show your support for 4H in the community.


There's a meeting on Tuesday, May 21st  at 6-9pm to discuss how to start up a Scouts program in Sundre.. This will happen at the GNP board room.  Roles, volunteer interest, how to recruit, training, updates about scouts Canada programs, sponsor and everything else needed to start a group.  Anyone interested is encouraged to attend.

Word in the West Literacy Fest is Friday, May 24, 2013, 4:00-8:00pm  at the
Mountain View County Building. Presented by the Libraries in Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs and Sundre. Lots of crafts, food, and fun activities for all ages. Special guest: Carstairs author Lori Callaghan reading from her book series The Adventures of Gogglz Also: letterpress printing, "Read, Play, Grow"...planting edible flowers, paper cup piñatas, puppets, and more!
